When you place an order, we collect your first name, email address, the occasion type, the recipient's name, and the story/wishes you share with us for the song (which may include names of third parties). When you subscribe to our newsletter separately, we collect your email address and first name.

We process this data to create your song, communicate order status, and fulfil our contract with you (performance of a contract). Newsletter data is processed based on your separate consent, confirmed via double opt-in. You may withdraw this consent at any time.

We share necessary order data (e.g. your name, email, and the price) with our reseller Digistore24 GmbH, which handles payment processing and acts as the merchant of record for your purchase (see our Legal Notice); Digistore24 processes this data as an independent controller for the payment and invoicing. We also share data with our email provider (Brevo) to send order updates and the newsletter, and with our hosting provider, to operate this website. These latter two process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

We keep order data as long as required for the contract and applicable statutory retention periods. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

This website uses only a technically necessary session cookie for the password- protected admin area. We do not use tracking or analytics cookies.
